An inspection is a paid visit with a written deliverable. We test voltages, check mounts and hardware, and give you a written condition report on what we found.

Who it suits

Commercial owners and asset managers use an inspection to establish the condition of a system they did not install, and before decisions about repair, repowering, or decommissioning. EPCs and O&M firms use it the same way. Homeowners can request an inspection too, most often on a system they did not install.

This is not the free site walk

The inspection is a paid service. It is separate from the free site walk, which comes with a quote and exists to price work you want done. An inspection exists to tell you what condition a system is in, whether or not any work follows.

Panel cleaning

We clean panels on commercial and residential systems. Dust, pollen, leaf litter, and bird droppings settle on the glass and block light from reaching the cells underneath. Cleaning removes that buildup.

We also clear debris from the array and the area around it, and note anything we find on the glass, frames, or mounts while we are up there.

We recommend an inspection any time system output drops unexpectedly or after a significant weather event.
