Solar Asset Field Inspection
We visit the site, document physical and mechanical system condition with a timestamped photo log, and deliver a written findings summary. Used by EPCs, O&M firms, and asset owners to establish system condition before decisions about repair, repowering, or decommissioning.
Pre-Decommissioning Assessment
Blue Flag walks the site, documents system configuration, identifies access constraints, and produces a removal scope and logistics plan. EPCs and O&M firms use this to build accurate removal specs before bidding the decommissioning scope, and Blue Flag is first in line to perform the work.
Repowering Field Management
Blue Flag manages the removal leg of repowering jobs as a subcontractor to the EPC prime. We coordinate the safe-off sequence, panel and racking removal, recycling logistics, and chain-of-custody documentation so the EPC's team can focus on the new system.
QA/QC Punchlist Support
Our field team walks completed installations and documents physical and mechanical deficiencies such as wrong conduit materials, hardware not torqued to spec, improper penetration sealing, and labeling gaps. We deliver a written findings report with photos for each item. The contractor uses it to direct corrections before final sign-off.
Construction Oversight
Blue Flag provides ongoing site presence during commercial PV installation, flagging physical and mechanical issues as they occur rather than at closeout. EPCs use this as an internal quality resource on jobs where catching deficiencies early is cheaper than correcting them at punch.
